MARKETING PROGRAMME FOR SPECIFIED DURATION
Programme Information Details
This programme (“Programme”) (details of which are set out below) is available only to Eligible Participants who meet the Programme Qualifications during the Programme Period only and is subject to the terms and conditions as contained herein. Participation in any programme or acceptance of any gift, vouchers or rebates by Eligible Participants is deemed to be acceptance of the Programme Terms and Conditions.

| Programme Description |
The Student Referral Programme (“Programme”) is organised by TT dotCom Sdn Bhd and/or its affiliates (“Time”).
Participants can refer individuals to sign up for Time Fibre Home via the official referral page. Participants will receive Touch ‘n Go eWallet credits for each successful referral, as well as additional milestone rewards upon achieving specific referral tiers.
The official referral page and link where referrals must be submitted is: www.referstudents.time.com.my
Only referrals submitted through the official referral page will be accepted. In the event of duplicate referrals, the first valid submission received by Time will be recognised.

| Programme Qualifications |
A referral is deemed successful when the referred individual (“Referee”):
- Is successfully contacted by Time and signs up for Time Fibre Home following submission via the official referral page
- Completes installation of Time Fibre Home service
- Successfully activates the service within the Programme Period
Participants must:
- Provide accurate and complete information of the Referee, provided the Participant has obtained explicit consent from the Referee before submitting their personal information.
- Have a valid Touch ‘n Go eWallet account linked to a mobile number to receive rewards.
Participants below 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Referral Rewards (Touch ‘n Go eWallet)
- RM100 for each Referee who signs up for a 12-month plan
- RM200 for each Referee who signs up for a 24-month plan
Milestone Rewards
- 10 referrals – AirPods 4 worth RM599
- 20 referrals – iPad 128GB (WiFi) worth RM1,599
- 30 referrals – Free TIME 1Gbps subscription for 1 year worth RM2,628
- 50 referrals – 13-inch MacBook Air M4 worth RM4,299
Milestone rewards are cumulative, meaning Participants will receive all applicable rewards upon reaching each milestone. All milestone calculations are based on successful activations within the Programme Period. Once the highest milestone is achieved, no further milestone rewards will be awarded.

| Eligible Participants |
The Programme is open to all individuals, including Malaysians and non-Malaysians. Participation is open to:
- Existing Time customers
- Non-Time customers
Participants must have a valid Touch ‘n Go eWallet account linked to a mobile number.

| Prize Fulfilment |
Referral Rewards
- Rewards will be credited to the Participant’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within 7 days after Referee's successful activation.
- As there will only be one attempt to credit the Rewards to the Participant’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet, Participants are responsible for ensuring their Touch ‘n Go eWallet details are accurate and valid. There will be no re-tries or reversals in the event the Rewards can not be credited after the first attempt.
Milestone Rewards
- Milestone rewards will be fulfilled within 90 days after the Programme Period ends.
- Participants will be notified via their provided contact details for prize collection.
- All prizes must be collected at a designated Time office.
- Participants must provide valid identification and contact details for verification purposes.
- If a Participant is unreachable or fails to claim the prize within 30 days from notification, the prize will be forfeited.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
- Product models and colours are subject to availability.

| Other Programme Terms |
Referral Limits and Abuse
There is no limit to the number of referrals a Participant may submit.
However, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referrals
- Duplicate, fraudulent, or fake submissions
- Any activity deemed suspicious or abusive by Time
Time reserves the right to reject, withhold, or disqualify any referral at its sole discretion.
Data Protection and Consent
By participating in the Programme, Participants confirm that they have obtained consent from the Referee to share the Referee's personal information with Time. Time may require the Participant to share supporting documents as evidence that the consent was obtained.
Disqualification
Time reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:
- Provides incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Breaches any of these Terms and Conditions, Time's Privacy Policy and ABC Policy.
- Engages in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
Verification
Time reserves the right to verify referrals and request supporting documents where necessary.

Programme Terms and Conditions
This Programme is as specified in the Programme Information Details (“Programme”) and is strictly made available to Eligible Participants who meet the Programme Qualifications during the Programme Period and is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). It is important that Participants read these Terms and Conditions together with the Programme Information Details:-
- This Programme is only applicable during the Programme Period. Time reserves the right to cease and/or cancel the Programme at any time before the expiry of the Programme Period without any prior notice.
- This Programme is not to be construed in any way howsoever as a contract of sale, exchange, lease, hire-purchase, or hire between Time and the Eligible Participants.
- Programme is only available to Eligible Participants and is subject to Eligible Participants meeting the Programme Qualifications. Any Participant who does not meet the Programme Qualifications is not an Eligible Participants and is not entitled to the provision of the Programme.
- Time may change, modify, amend or cancel the Programme at any time during the Programme Period, including changing, modifying or amending the Value and/or type of gift that is offered, the Value and/or type of voucher offered (including the provider of the voucher), the Value of the discount offered or Value of the cash rebate offered (as may be applicable depending on the type of Programme). Nothing herein stated shall imply that an Eligible Participant is to receive any other benefit beyond that stated in the Programme Information Details nor that Time is obliged to provide the equivalent Value if Time changes, amends or modifies the Programme.
- Time reserves the right to and may refuse to provide the Programme to the Eligible Participant regardless of whether the Participant is an Eligible Participant and meets the Programme Qualifications.
- If the Programme is the provision of a gift or a voucher from Time, Time’s partners, any suppliers or third parties; Time and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, partners and/or third parties may provide such gift or voucher on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or condition, whether express or implied, by law or by contract, including warranties as to title, merchantability, fitness for purpose, satisfactory quality, performance, non-infringement of any third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights or product liability. Should a physical good be obtained as a gift or upon redemption of a voucher, and the Participant suffers any form of physical injury or damage, such injury or damage may be claimed against the manufacturer or distributor of the physical good and not against Time, which is deemed not to be a supplier.
- In addition, no advice or information obtained (whether orally or written) by the Participant from Time, or its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, partners and/or subcontractors shall create any warranty or right to sue.
- Time reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions during the Programme Period and such revision, amendment, and/or modification shall be made available at www.time.com.my and is binding on all Eligible Participants. Continued access and use of the service shall deem to be your acceptance to the changes and updates to these Terms and Conditions. For clarity Time shall not be liable in the event of a change, modification, amendment or cancellation of the Programme; and
- All personal information provided by Participant is subject to Time’s Privacy Policy (details of which are available at https://www.time.com.my/privacy-policy).
Capitalised words have the meaning as specified in the Programme Information Details. If in the Programme Information Details there are Special Programme Terms drawn up, then such Special Programme Terms shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions in the event of conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity.
